Men, ask for more
This International Women’s Day we’re encouraging MEN to ask for more (to help support women).
If you want to support the women in your life, download our guide on how you can help work towards improving gender equality in the workplace.
men, we need you…
Research from Harvard Business Review cites that women do ask for more in the workplace they just don’t receive as many yes’s as men.
So we want to encourage more men at every level to use their voices and advocate for workplace changes that could help to support better gender inclusivity.
We don’t expect you to move mountains overnight and we’re certainly not calling you out, we just need more manpower to see real change and we think you could help.
